Christmas 2010

We had a nice Christmas. We celebrated Christmas eve at my parents home, with my parents, sister, lil-bro and his girlfriend and her 2 daughters.. and a cat and a dog.
We ate our traditional Christmas meal: Stuffed turkey, pork roast, white potatoes, sugar potatoes, red cabbage, cranberry jam, gravy and this year a piece of duck breast snug in, and my mom forgot the sausage (but we ate the sausage the following days, with the rest of the left overs) For dessert - rice pudding with cherry sauce.
I pretended to help mom in the kitchen (I did actually make the dessert - first time ever)
My sister's cat and my brother's dog couldn't wait to dance around the tree with the rest of us.
Next year, hopefully Adam will smile on the Christmas picture as well.
Frida found the perfect spot to hide from the dog.
Adam enjoyed hanging out with his auntie Louise (and chewing on his hand for once)
Singing and "dancing" around the tree.
The great unwrapping.

In Michael's family they have a tradition to get a full stocking on the 25th in morning, and why not continue the  present feast? Although I think the tradition only included candy/chocolate/clementine/comic we have expanded a bit, and added a few small presents as well.
Michael's stocking content.
Ehhh - good morning sweetheart!
My stocking content
Adam had a stocking as well, and Santa had brought him a chewy toy and some bibs - he was VERY excited... well, maybe next year.

I also made a stocking for my sister, but I fear that she will kill me if I publish her picture of her holding the stocking. Instead you'll get a picture of this handsome baby, with his new "boxing" gloves.

(My talented sister made them).
